Standard Shipping: We’re happy to offer Free Nationwide Standard Shipping on orders over $50! For orders under $50 USD, there is a $5.95 flat shipping rate. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and typically ship out within 1-2 business days. Once they are processed they will reach their destination in 3-5 business days.
Next Day Shipping- Shipping rate is to be determined at checkout. Orders placed by 1pm EST will ship out the same day. Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
2ND Day Shipping-Shipping rate is to be determined at checkout. Orders place by 1pm EST will ship out the same business day.
International Shipping: Cost and delivery time varies by destination.

- Online purchases cannot be returned our exchanged at the storefront location. Items must be returned following our Return Policy shipping guidelines stated below.
*While we will do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, YouniqueCulture.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, holidays, etc.
*Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders will take 24-48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative.
We want to make your return as easy as possible! Log into your account and click "Return Request", then follow our easy steps for a hassle-free return. Please be aware that $6.95 will be deducted from your store credit if you choose to use our Easy Return Label method.

**For seamless return processing, make sure the item(s) meet the following criteria:
- Items are still in new, unwashed, unused condition.
- If items appear worn, have odor, makeup or other stains, your return will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.
- If item is tagged, the original tags must be attached.
- Must be received within 21 days from the original order date. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Include your original receipt/invoice with item(s).
- Jewelry, accessories, sale and clearance items are final sale and may not be returned.
Once we authorize the return, we will gladly apply a store credit to your online account for the amount of your returned purchase. Please understand that there are no cash or credit card refunds.
***Notice: Online sales through youniqueculture.com are stand alone transactions and follow all policies and procedures as listed on the website. No credits, returns, exchanges of any kind are permitted with any other Younique Culture entity, including brick and mortar stores***
We will gladly exchange your item for a different size of the same product only. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee it will be in stock at the time of exchange. If out of stock, we will gladly issue a store credit to your online account for the amount of your returned purchase. Please understand that there are no cash or credit card refunds.
Items can only be exchanged if the they meet the same criterias listed in the returns section.

We suggest obtaining a tracking number when you send items back with the carrier of your choice. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Please allow 2-5 business days after we receive your return item(s) for processing.
For In-store Purchases and Returns:
Boutique Items- Customers may return boutique items purchased in-store within 14 days of the purchase. Items will be returned for in-store credit or even exchange ONLY. All sales are FINAL on sale or discounted items. The tag must still be attached on the unworn item. Younique Culture reserves the right to refuse to accept merchandise as a return if the item has been obviously worn or is not acceptable per our expectations.
